About Us 

Claire Loftus – Managing Director 

Claire is passionate about helping people and businesses be the best they can be. With over a decade’s experience across various sectors her roles have had a particular focus on employee engagement and wellbeing, employee relations and day to day HR partnering.

She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with a strong academic foundation holding a First Class Honors Degree and Masters in HRM, she was awarded the Top HR Management Student Award. Claire also has a qualification in Coaching from Queens University and is the first licensed Engage & Grow Coach in Northern Ireland. 

 

In addition to this she is a part time lecturer in the field of Management, Leadership and HR for South Eastern Regional College in Northern Ireland. This year Claire was a finalist in the Courage Category in the Mums in Business National Awards 2019, the Mighty Women Awards 2019 for Entrepreneurship and the Great British Entrepreneur Awards for Entrepreneurial Spirit. 

Corrina Braithwaite – Consultant 

Corrina is an experienced people manager with over 15 years managerial experience across a variety of environments from retail to private and public sector, having been involved in contract start-ups, change management and restructures from a number of clients. 

 

Like Claire, Corrina is a firm believer in the importance of employee engagement and how it can make a team, she is passionate about helping businesses to incorporate this into their everyday routine to build a strong team.

 

Corrina holds a Masters in HR Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Rachael Spollen – Associate

Rachael is a fully qualified Human Resources professional (MCIPD) with over 20 years experience helping public and private sector organisations to devise and implement excellent people and talent management strategies and policies. 

 

She is passionate about helping clients to achieve their business objectives through successful talent acquisition and people management strategies.
